News and Updates
Tournament Update: On Saturday the boys played a great game but came up just short in a 2-1 loss. Greyson Wolff pitched a very solid 4 2/3 innings and drove in the lone run for the game. Blake Niles also swung the bat well for the Red Machine!
Sunday the Red Machine was led to victory by the strong hitting and great defense of David Patstone. The team beat Hollywood of Portland 8-6. Nick Solomon and Mason Barone combined to keep the Hollywood hitters off balance and secure the victory.
The team will have a day off on Monday and play their final pool game Tuesday against Hood River.
Donations: We leave for the State Tournament this Friday, July 17, but we still need to fill in the funding gaps. If you would like to help support the team on our trip to the State tournament we would really appreciate your help! Checks can be made out to Medford American Little League, with Red 10-11 on the comment line, and can be sent to PO Box 4059 Medford OR, 97501. The boys thank you for your support. Teams Announced: We now know what teams we are playing! Saturdays game will be against Pendleton. Sunday we will play Hoolywood from the Portland area. Tuesday we will play Hood River.
